Quick Draw Toolbox

Installation Guide

1. Place toolbox on truck bed and center.
2. Make sure foam seal on bottom is not deformed by dragging (flatbed).
3. Make sure truck is on level ground.
4. Open doors and slide tool tray to one side about a foot.
5. From the other side mark where holes are on bed (sides, pick up).
6. Do the same with the other side.
7. Remove Quick Draw toolbox and drill four 3/8” holes.
8. Replace toolbox and align holes in toolbox with holes in bed.
9. Insert 1 1/14” X 3/8” grade 5 zinc plated bolts.
10. Place a 3/8” lock washer and a 3/8” grade 5 nut.
11. Torque nut to 70 ft/lb. 

Golden Rules of Quick Draw Toolbox

1. Always place truck on level ground before opening the door.
2. Always latch the tray before closing the door.
3. Always close the door and make sure latch is twisted and folded.
4. Always close doors before moving truck.
5. Never slam the tray into the box.
6. Do not exceed the load rating for the sliding tray, 400 lbs.
7. Be sure to check anchor bolts every 6 months for tightness.
